Suddenly Im in Florence Italy. After 14 hours of flight and maybe 2 hours of dozing I'm wired and ready to see the city. Started off with a cow stomach sandwich and some delicious vino, the local killer combo. Then hit 435 steps up to the top of the Duomo through a labyrinth of spiral stairs to catch a purple-orange Florence sunset. Back in the room now recharging for the night and somehow not tired. Eliot's off to meet some locals for the nocturnal rendevous. Time for more cappuccino, vino, pizza indulgence ... love it, keep the Euro flavors coming ...
