Woke up hazy with an unknown gash on my forehead after going big last night till 5. Had a blast bouncing around to clubs and bars, danced like a mad man and tried to figure out an extremely convoluted bar ordering system that would take 2 paragraphs to explain. Somehow I walked out of the place without paying since the payment system was too complex to decipher.
Today we saw hundreds of classic paintings and sculpture at Uffizi, including works by Da Vinci, Boticelli, Michelangelo, and Caravaggio. They also had a particularly elaborate bathroom that was all marble that was accessed through a labyrinth of passages. Relaxing at a semi swank lounge called Zoe for a Jack and
coke light.
Any middle of the city parties while you were there? I'm guessing not since it's winter time, but when I was there in 01' it was the illest ish ever - - like 20 bars/clubs relocated to the middle of the city. One of the best nights ever.
